armor+8 (vs piercing attack)

Ps: For a chaos axe with dmg mod ALWAYS, wat is preferable, -10 armor(while atackin) or -5 energy

I would go for -5 as warriors are meant to take dmg; -10 is a LOT less armor and you feel the effect every single hit you take, the -5 energy means it takes you a little more to regain mana (just get the gladiator's set and you will be fine anyway).
As for the shield i would say around the 10ks.... +hp while hexed is not really a great thing... though it has a nice skin.

-5 E > -10 A
Rangers are a diff story

Shield: 10k correct
